Two teaspoons or one teaspoonful of coffee should be added to one Turkish coffee cup water. Sugar is completely optional. It comes in 3 forms: sugar-free, medium and sugary.

For Plain Turkish Coffee:

1 teaspoon of coffee
1 cup of water

For Low Sugar Turkish Coffee:

1 teaspoon of coffee
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of water

For Medium Sugar Turkish Coffee:

1 teaspoon of coffee
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of water

For Turkish Coffee with Sugar:

1 teaspoon of coffee
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup of water

1. At first , how many cups of coffee will be made, Since our coffee jug seats two, we throw in 4 full teaspoons of Turkish coffee.

2. Since we are making medium sized coffee, we add 2 teaspoons of sugar and mix.

3. We put 2 Turkish coffee cups of .cold water.

4. After adding all the ingredients, We mix them well before putting them on fire.

5. After that, We put a coffee jug on low heat.

6. When our coffee boils slightly and swells, we take it off the stove.

7. We put 2 spoons of foam in each cup.

8. After that, we will be put the coffee pot back on the stove.

9. When it boils and swells again, we take it off the stove and put 2 more spoons of foam in the cups.

10. We put it on the stove for the last time, When it boils slightly and swells, we take it off the stove and fill the cups.Now you enjoy your coffee.
